AudGeek's products are designed to help people use their fair right to the media content they purchased for entertainment. For example, remove media encryptions from iTunes purchased music/videos for playing on other non-supported devices. In most counties, the copyright law allows the original purchaser to make a copy of their legal purchase for personal use. But, this law doesn't apply to any country. So, each user should comply with the local copyright law, and use AudGeek software accordingly and legally.

5. Suspensions and Termination of Use

Members and visitors found to have undertaken unlawful, unauthorized and prohibited usage of the contents of the web site will receive written notice from the Company to cease such usage. The Company also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the privilege to use or access the web site for members and visitors that have violated the Company's terms and conditions of use without giving prior written notice.
